Joomla Developer/Designer Needed

1. There will be no flash in the project (not in the header, nowhere in the links, or in the body, etc)
2. Home
3. About Us
4. Our Services
5. FAQ
6. Why chose us
7. Site map
8. Contact us (with a form and a captcha), address, tel, etc...
9. Typical blog page with the latest 2 - 3 articles and a calendar for previous articles on the right side
10. Every blog page will have to have small pics/thumbnails on the right column (where the calendar is) linking to the main pages
11. Blog pages will have to have a secondary (small) header for article categories (I think there will be about 5 maybe 6 - not sure...). When somebody clicks on these, the titles and snippets of the articles in that category should be listed
12. Text links in the footer (I'll let you know what these will be later)
13. Navigation links will be in the header (no links in the left column)
14. There will be the titles of the last 5 articles and snippets from the first paragraph (on the left column only in the home page)
15. The address and the tel number will only be in the Home Page just like you see in the left column (lower dark blue section)
16. Address and the tel number will be in the footer in the rest of the pages (except for the Contact Us page of course)
17. Bread crumbs in all pages
18. Pictures in every page
19. I'll provide most of the pics and the header pic but I may need you to provide the thumbnails
20. Content will be provided by me (content may change a few times so be prepared)
21. When the content is satisfactory, I will let you know how we can inter-link some of the pages with the keywords in the content
22. There maybe some other small changes (as usual)...
