Jarvee Bot - Help

I'm trying Jarvee for 2 days (5 days trial), configured more than 25 instagram accounts, it was running fine but today it asked to restart.
I clicked restart now, then the software closed itself, and now I can't open the software again.

If I click in the home screen Jarvee's icon, it does not open.
If I open the Jarvee's C:/Users/Me/AppData/Roaming/Jarvee ... and click the icon Jarvee.exe it does not work.

That's strange as I configured the antivirus and firewall to accept everything coming from Jarvee folder.
Also I tried to open Jarvee as administrator to see if it has any different reaction.

DOES NOT WORK...

So how can I open the software again? Any Help?

Did tried reinstalling JArvee?

NO, I just want lose my 25 accounts projects on it.

I don't know which folders I should copy to do a proper back up. Do you know?

Tried support? They are usually responding very fast.

The support team helped so fast.. including remote access to my computer.. Well done!

just noticed the mention here.... but as you found out, ask support if you need anything, they're much faster that one man here on bhw ( talking about me )
