Hi, my multiple website post got indexed , now i want to change my theme or post template , so if i changed this

There won't be any major difference by changing theme. Actually it can boost up your ranking if you choose perfect theme for your niche.

Don't get panic even if you see some fluctuation ranking, let it get settle before going for another change.

Changing theme will not be an issue especially if you are not currently ranking quite high, there is not much to lose anyways. If you are ranking #1 for many keywords, then i would be a little skeptical for sure.

Mostly it will not but there is a chance for small fluctuation. Choose the right one and improve site performance.

It could be a problem. Changing templates is how several sites mess up their SEO.
