Itunes Podcast Reviews

Is there anyone here who sells itunes podcast reviews? If yes, what's your charge per review?
I also want the review to be accompanied by a subscribe and a download.

I found some older threads where people talked about it but I don't know if they're valid anymore.

Also, do you think if I vote my own podcast using different itunes account and IP addresses but same PC, would there be any problem?
