iTunes bot needed (For Downloads)

I am looking for someone who can build a iTunes bot, We have a lot of apps coming out in the nexr few weeks,

We would like the bot to be cloudbased so we don't need to run our computers 24/7

We already have hosting and a domain name

We would like the following features in the bot,

Mobile simulator
proxy support (finder, checker, private)
reviews & downloads
account creator
multi-thread
commenter
ratings
iTunes Account Verifier
user friendly ( interface + dashboard )
download max 200k per day! Atleast to be able to download 80-100K a day per app
