issues with follow liker - all accounts having ERR for no reason

I am currently running the instagram follow liker software. For some reason all of my accounts say there is an "ERR" in the status bar. I checked, and there is no captcha, they have the right passwords, and the proxies are in good standing. What could this error be? I am trying to figure it out but can't seem to get to the bottom of the problem.

Has anyone had this issue?
 
Advertise on BHW
File -> Clear -> All session cookies, close the bot and open it again. What does is say in the "Activity log" ?

Maybe you need to authenticate your IP address so that you can use your proxies.
 
how did you fixed this i have same problem
