[Issue] Adverten : Account Blocked

I started working from 10-12 days ago with them and I was having really nice experience and I was not at all playing any tips and tricks but tomorrow I got an email that account is suspended and then I had a conversation with my manager he told me you are sending fraud to us.

All I was doing was trying other methods by which I can increase the traffic and manager told me that he will have the conversation with advertiser and after 1-2 hours he simply told me that account is blocked.

What the hell is this ?

He is telling me that all us/uk conversions are done with proxies but I've not done this at all.
I earned 600$ from Crak and now I was trying Adverten (earned 40 $ in 10-12 days) but I had a bad experience with them because i was not at all doing fraud in with case with crak or in case of adverten.

Do you have any tracking data to prove they weren't proxies?
 
Never had a problem with ADVERTEN.. always get paid out and have a good relationship with my AM. But then again, I sent legit traffic too.

If you're trying to game the system, just stop. You make it harder on us who are actually doing things legit.

That's why I was playing to fully legit bro and was not at all sending any fraud.
I know each one of us is trying hard and I know the hustle and still hustling but I got scrunched :/
 
if you break any tos then you get ban.

why was you ban reason?

There's probably around 50-60 things adverten fingerprint to find potential fraud, I highly doubt they'd ban just off IP.

AM told me that you are sending fraud to us and leads are done by proxies but I was not doing this at all.

tell the AM to release the data on your converts to you including fingerprint of them, and then if they comply you should see their reasoning for banning you.

You can't do much about it. Tracking wont help because leads are real and done over proxies, not by you but your competition.

CPA is dirty game specially adult. And affiliate network reactions are usually - "ban 'em all!" Instead of ignoring negative campains.

This is happening all the time but affiliates dont like to talk about becouse networks use rep/mods/kiss-asses and fear from loosing money to reduce damage from posts like this.

I know its crap, but hey we made some money here. Accept this find another network and try to squeeze as much as you can by doing fair busyness.

If you track your traffic, then you can show the brand/model/IP/carrier/ISP/user agent/IDFA/AAID etc.

If I was accused of fraud (and hadn't committed fraud), I would do something about it. If it was for a significant amount of money, I would instruct legal counsel.

Why would a network ban a legitimate affiliate? What do they gain from it?

you can track with piwik or voluum or adsbridge or one of the other tools on the click tracking niche.
i had same thing happen to me. sent traffic for many months and made many thousands of dollars. but slowed down since i went on vacation. i come back & they tell me i'm suspended from 200 offers for fraud. at least they didn't ban me, but those 200 offers were practically everything there was in my vertical [adult]. @Keljmenc made very good points.
just take the ban and move on. send your traffic to another network. you're at their mercy and they made their decision. could be one of the clicks you sent decided to be a dick and sign up under a proxy dozens of times to get you in trouble. could be a competitor did it to fuck you over. who knows. worst thing you could do is give up.

You have no evidence about your traffic, so you're stuck.

But what does the network gain from banning you if you're running legitimate traffic?

By the way, with Adverten - I suspect they are running offers from other networks.
 
So how were you generating traffic? That might help identify what caused the issue
 
You could ask then to disregard the leads that came from proxies, because if they ban just for proxies then any competitor could just sign up 100 times with proxies to get you banned.

Good Point, Same Thing Happen To My Friend With hes product in amazon, a competitor keep spamming negative reviews on his products, this cause him lose clients.
