Is anyone here able to generate traffic right now from Twitter?

Hundreds of 3 year old aged accounts getting ghosted, locked, blocked and some can't even follow manually as a human being without using any bots.

Since May it has been impossible to do anything there.

Their ads system is pure shit compared to Facebook and Instagram, not even able to convert in the white hat side.

I wanna know if someone here is capable to pull decent numbers from twitter, I'm about to give up, tried everything here.

I still see a lot of spam in the inbox tho, a lot of shit spam dms, but those never convert so I don't even try.

I agree and understand why they would get more strict but right now even as a regular user it's extremely limited.

It is still VERY doable .. there's extra precautions that have to be taken though (cloaker, shorteners, good proxies) --> which you should be using anyway.

There will always be Re phone verification's/ Pw resets but being flat out banned must mean your doing something on your end i.e (aggressive settings) Iv'e noticed alot of people over the months have given up on twitter because they really can't survive the new security precautions

We'll I've been extra precautious, I've also reverfied several times, several accounts, but I'm not joking when I tell you that my account gets blocked after 18 follows, waiting almost a minute between each follow. The account has 23k followers, it's aged and it only follows 3k.

That's just one example of many.

well it's a quick fix. a more better plan they are working on. there is no need for direct messages. i made a thread a few days back about them locking my account after just turning off notifications. i verify and move on. i don't spam ever.

Are your accounts aged in the sense that you have aged them all this time or you bought them 3 years aged? How long have you had them before you noticed they keep doing this?

I bought them last year, and let them part of 2015 and 2016, now they get locked and even after I unlock them and reverified with my bought sim cards, I get banned from following for an hour after 18-20 follows with delays of 55-65 seconds between each follow.

It's just ridiculous at this point.

Well good for you, but this is BHW, a lot of us make a living from this methods. It's painful for some of us.

Maybe they are just not good accounts. Iv'e used 1-4 year aged accts on twitter with no issues... sometimes account creation can play a huge role down the line, way bigger than we think.

Yeah that would be the only factor that makes sense.

Saying twitter is dead is one of the most dumbest threads/comments i have ever seen on the internet.

For marketing purposes is almost there, for a normal user it's still fine.

I just made this thread to see if there were members still pulling decent numbers to keep trying on my own.

hmm im not sure it's dead, but ive been doubting its efficacy myself.

first of all, i bought tweepi a long time ago and was using that to follow. i didn't have any issues regarding bans using a script, but shortly after i started that it didn't work. so, i looked elsewhere and then found tweepi

i saw people talking about how they couldnt follow more than 200 people a day, they were trying to time it, etc.

i would use tweepi and sometimes i wouldn't follow the full 950 but i usually did. ZERO problems other than, in the beginning, being locked out and having to sms re-verify.

i think the only problem they have is with automation.

secondly, i threw out my website on sep. 27th for the first time after accruing a little more than 10k followers. i have not had any issues. i promote various links, different websites, etc.

not much conversion i dont think, unless a few of my conversions were from there. but yea, i haven't had any problems, i haven't had to sms reverify in forever, my account grows purely organically, and i have been promoting whatever links i want. (maybe, the quality in my links is good? i dont have any redirects or anything like that. i state what the link is to and it goes there)

but like i said, i haven't noticed a difference in conversions, which is kinda lame

Are you able to pull decent traffic to your site from there?

    Not really.. its extremely annoying.

Anytime i throw a link out it gets considerably less retweets and likes; everybody is SOLELY interested in getting free porn.

From sep. 27th to now ive had about 300 visitors from twitter.

Which i find really odd considering i have 169k profile visits this month

Very much alive depending on your product or service, there are a variety of tools available but pretty easy to manually. Not everyone is into porn btw :)

i guess. i wouldn't say "decent" if i have 300 total visitors from over 200k profile visits. something isn't right there

i think you would need something really niche that people are really into

if you weren't to go porn but a general item i think you would have the same results. people would just buy the product elsewhere. like amazon. if you're throwing up common items it's not going to entice them to click

regular porn is too generic. people will just take their free porn and be on their way. you need to hit a niche someone loves and is willing to pay for and cant find anywhere else
