insta has a lot to gain from bots..yes they lose revenue in ads..but these bot accounts increase a lot engagement on their own platform..plus I think bot makers aren't dumb..if insta is far ahead In designing anti spam stuff..all they've done is created a bot..pls who have designed jarvee and MP must also far ahead..this game will never end and ppl will always find a way
 
If IG want to ban bot, they can just simply limit follow/unfollow like Twitter. Confirm works. Just check how many people still use bot for twitter in BHW

I think its more about spam than bot. You replace them with 'smarter' ones that wastes time like humans, everyones happy. Cause at the end of the day, these same folks at ig or twitter boast their engagement figures to their investors :P

I agree, I see this on a daily basis. I try and warn them but they just don't listen, they git a bit greedy and get bit.
 
this could be true because you cannot underestimate the power of an AI
but it could also not be true because you cannot underestimate the amount of people using bots & fake accounts
even if they collect data the guys that are careful should be fine
btw ive seen a lot of Instagram accounts for sale suddenly, maybe it is true
