Is this normal for an ad network in regards to payment

I am not saying my site is good or even gets many visit, but after many days I have over 1000 impressions and 7 clicks on those ads and my money is still $0.00

I think to myself that surely something has to be wrong here, surely this isn't normal.
I mean let's give them the crazy benefit of the doubt and assume that on the 8th ad click my money goes to $0.01 (I doubt it will). Even in that case it would take 800 clicks to earn $1.

Also on the site it says you get paid for both CPC and CPM, which I think is cost per click and cost per mille (thousand). But I have over 1000 impressions and still $0.00 earnings.

Is this normal? If this is normal then I need millions of views a day and thousands of clicks to just make $10 a day. lol

I mean if this was adsense I probably would have earned $1 by now. But with other sites it's $0.00. Totally retarded.

This doesn't make any sense to me, it simply cannot be this low. If it still says $0.00 after I have 20 clicks and 2000 impressions then I am going to leave that ad company as that's a joke.
