Is this encryption strong for cloud?

So, anyone trying to open the PDF will have to know the pass and before even getting hands on the PDFs, they have to know the RAR file password.

So, is that good?

And is 7-Zip's encryption good as well as PDFelement's?

Your solution is pretty good. But you could also try Evernote + 2FA + text encryption, that way you could access all your notes without downloading and extracting anything.

I do this a lot as I have to travel around, I use Dropbox for mobile and laptop, only I can read it then. Have you thought of that, you can read files inside of Dropbox without downloading via the viewer

Regarding text encryption on EverNote, if I have numbers or bullets in my notes, the encryption option is greyed out.
Basically, EverNote does not let encrypt non-text elements.

Another thing, I clip too many images from the internet, write too many notes and plan to upload couple of pdfs a day, so do you think 10 or 20 GB upload a month will be enough?

Couple of things that I would want to know abt Dropbox -
1) What if I upload a RAR file? Would it let me extract the files without downloading the RAR to my phone or laptop?
2) Does Dropbox only has that feature as you said above? What about Google Drive?
3) Wasnt Dropbox's security breached a couple of times ago? I am not sure about this. Heard ppl talking about it.

Your situation is quite tricky, and yeah looks like evernote is not a solution here. At least I can't think about other method than you mentioned in your first post, how to store files securely. You should take a look at mega.nz services, they are crazy about privacy and security.

Thats what u think. Dropbox employees can access your notes if those are not encrypted but I am sure they, in their privacy policy, said otherwise but still for peace of mind encryption is the way to go.
