Is this be good or bad for a 5months old site

I bought a domain authority increase service for my 177old website. And this service increased my moz DA from 5-52 in less than 20days and let the ahrefs DR at 2..
I want to know if this will in anyway affect my rankings or get me penalized..

The DA was built up with google redirect links I think..

Google Redirect links is not working anymore with boosting DR. Ahrefs cracked that practice 2 weeks back. That's why your DR is low.
No use in boosting DA/DR since Google has its own ranking factors. Right now, there are parasites ranking with Google properties but they may be ignored soon when more people abuse it.
