for native ads im just doing manual research visiting popular virals websites and see what people are investing on simple and profital and for fb my friends are using manual methode + premium vpn for the targeting country you can only type the keyword you want in search section and see the new ads and the one that had great engage its simple methode too my friends are using it for shopify and it works for them.

You can do manual search with "Free shipping" / "50 OFF", and you will get a lot of diferent ads that are doing really well. But i sincerly suggest you to just buy an ads spy, they are worth it since you can get it back really easily
