Is Reskin still worth it in 2024 ?

After the new update of google in recent months such as making it to create new accounts because of the HIGH RISK problem , once you publish an app you get banned instantly

also after the other update that you need 20 tester for 14 days just to publish new app

i think its the DEATH of reskin , wbu guys what you thiink ?

also did anyone found the solution of HIGH RISK ?
