Is organic traffic number by ahrefs is correct?

Hello,
I'm looking for backlinks and some of websites pages, with a high DA have no traffic according to ahrefs.
I want to know should I count on these numbers by ahrefs? because many of my competitors got backlinks from these sites and ahrefs are saying they have no traffic.
I'll be appreciated if you give me an advice.

I'm also getting different traffic status from different tools. So I think more or less it will be accurate. Check it for root domain. You may get the results.
 
Thank you. I'm really confused. I check the root domain traffic too. Some of them has high traffic and some very low. Isn't it strange that a website with 48 DA root domain has just a 57 monthly traffic?!
 
Your competitor will not only going to get traffic from those pages. They are just a backlinks from high DA websites. Check how many keywords & what kind of keywords they are ranking for. So that you can find some solutions.

It's not that strange - there are plenty of legit websites that are not updated for years and their owners just don't care much. On another note - the DA metric is pretty easy to manipulate and don't really mean much
 
None of the keyword tools provide accurate traffic numbers. These are all estimations.
 
I'm also checking on both ahrefs and semrush.
Semrush usually shows less traffic. But these are the best tools to know how much organic traffic site has.

Thank you for your advice. I don't access to Semrush. I check Moz too but I don't trust it's metrics.
 
I think it is 90% correct. Im used to use it to check my backlink. If it told no traffic, perhaps the backlink are got from very small authority sites so that the traffic arent recognized
 
From what I've seen Ahrefs traffic is usually around half of the real number.
 
I am using ahrefs and while numbers arent going to be completely correct, its still a trustable tool.
 
I just ran a report on this yesterday, I found Ahrefs to be within 90% accurate of my total organic traffic volume compared to GA. Ahrefs doesnt account for referrals, emails, socials, direct and any other type of traffic as it really is just an estimate of total search volume on your ranking keywords and approx what share of that volume you'll get within a month at your current rankings.
 
No not at all. These numbers are just estimations/calculations. These are good for getting and "idea" of the number traffic from search engines.

Thank you. Now I think what ahrefs gives can be accourate enough to judge is a website good to work with or not.
