Is my YouTube Channels shadow banned?

Is posting a link even allowed in shorts anymore ?

They are seeing you as a spammer. Use multiple devices for different channels.
 
You can not even think about shorts without proper warming up of accounts

if you have clearly isolated the channels and accounts then shadow ban isnt the problem, it might be just pure luck, so what you can do is try re-uploading the videos to a new channel and when you see that a certain channel does better, continue in that. there are cases where creators have uploaded in 10 channels none worked and then when they tried it on the eleventh channel the views come in, so it can also be a factor of luck.
