I doubt it is due to the way you created your accounts/ albeit you should not do it that way in the future.
Shorts are being crushed right now by the yt automation' grifters. (not saying yt automation is a gift, but there is an influx of grifters entering our space right now.)
There is a YT video on Trending rn on how to use GPT & Canva bulk editor to make 300 completed Shorts in 30 minutes. I know people doing this with aged accounts with hundreds or low thousands of followers, and most shorts hit 0-200 views.
While you have used poor opsec to create these accounts, I think your posting habits are more par for the cause here:
1) Where is your affiliate link? Is it in pinned comments? They are on to channels abusing pinned comments to push their sales funnel off-site.
2) How many shorts are you posting a day? Most videos or guides I see that have gone viral use metrics like 10x per day. I have better results with 1-2 per day.
3) How optimized are the videos for the target audience? Are they also all under one cohesive niche per channel?
4) The TikTok videos are likely failing because they can detect that you are just reposting. Sure, reposting TikTok could go viral on youtube. An example would be that I have one account which posted the Kid Rock Budlight response video and got 600k views. But they can detect when you are the 3,000th account to repost that clip/short. You're probably too late if you aren't reposting them within minutes of them going live on Tiktok. And even then, the creator may post them there already.
5) How verbatim are you following any viral video's instructions? The more you follow trending guides, the more identical your output looks to the hundreds of thousands of others doing this same thing. I am not sayingit'ss a waste of time. It can be very successful in my experience. But if you have followed a guide verbatim, you should make a few tweaks and changes in your strategy so your shorts stand out from the hundreds of thousands of others.
I don't think it's likely your accounts are ruined. I am just facing competition. Because you're trying to promote very saturated affiliate products, Most of my original content performs way better than the content I tailor for the popular affiliate products I sell. Affiliate products are not as easy to drive organic traffic to as they used to be. I remember in 2017 how we could post any video with any title and hit 10k-500k views. It's just not the case anymore. Everything has to be optimized, and even then, you; 'll be competing ith thousands of other videos for that watch time.
