Is Moz more accurate than Ahrefs ?

I will not exclude that for a specific website there could be cases when MoZ data will be better.

But overall MoZ database is way smaller and are updated much less frequently and that means their metrics are less accurate .

Ahrefs has a better data base for sure.

As for the algorithm I used to use DR, but now I just stick with RD with some manual checking.

For the clients I present both DR and DA.

IME the only way to get semi-approximate data is to mix Moz, Ahrefs, Semrush and Majestic.

Google's crawl breadth is years ahead of any of these individual tools.

What do you mean by 'accurate' op? You mean as an attempt to emulate pagerank? If so, I really don't don't think either of them are worth the time of day. I love ahrefs but if it's one thing that I do, it's ignore the DR.

I personally trust on ahref more, as compare moz metrics..
