Is it safe to sign into instagram while a VPS is running?

I am using a private proxy on the VPS
So you didnt get shadowbanned from uploading pictures or just using instagram while the vps was running?

Depends on the settings, proxy and the amount of reports that you get any penalties.
1. settings of what? like ammount of people i follow/unfollow?
2. i already use 3 other accounts on that proxy.
3. what kind of reports?
im new the whole followliker system.

It is not, think about it in terms of people, what if you were connected to your account from a country then someone connected to your account from another country and a bad source (read data center IP), it's much better to wait till Followliker finishes its actions.

Exactly. However, if it's only 1 connection it doesn't seem to look bad because client management isn't illegal afaik (without botting).
so if i set the timer from 00:09 AM to 03:00 PM and i log in at 4 pm, is it fine then? Or do I need to stop followliker completly while i am uploading, and turn in it back on once it's finished?

Nah it's fine I think, as long as it's not doing actions while you're logged in.
how many hours of running time would you recomend for liking/following/unfolling 700 people?

Take this man's advice. You'll hear alot of people say they do things.. almost in a braggish form, and then weeks/months later hear back from them making a thread crying about why their account got banned.
IG is known to give you enough rope to hang yourself, in other words they allow you to do certain actions for a period of time.. and then will penalize you for those actions at a later date. Better to play it safe than sorry. Whenever in doubt about a situation regarding social media automation, just compare it to would it happen typically from a regular user, and you'll get an idea on whether it should be safe or not(while using some common sense).

IG will ask you to verify its really you. However if the country of VPS and your IP is same, then no problem.

Are you liking 700, following 700, and unfollowing 700 people, so 2100 actions in total?
Still need more information. There are multiple variables. E.g. What is the age of this account? Do you have a high proxy for it? How many other programs are connected to this?
