Hello Guys,

Is it possible to create accounts on Wordpress.com or Hotmail Using PHP scripts?If so where can i find some information about that or some freelancers that can make such scripts?

No, that is not possible. You can use the Hotmail API to connect with your email.

I guess i asked wrong. I want a php script that can get values from a csv file and import them to wordpress.com sign up page and create an account there.
