Yes you can if your ad is optimised and you don't use an targeting that is to competive. There's some tutorials on how to acheive it, if your search google. There's even someone in the marketplace that offer this service I think.

I talked to the guy from bhw he said that he will achive 0.08 up to 0.14 the best he can do.
But i want to get the maximum and saw people doing it.But nobody is telling how.
I guess i need to find someother guy who sell this service.

I would agree that depend on niche. Example: If u have entertainment fan page it would be much easier than if u r in IM niche.

Has been a while since I doasn t see such a good CPC in US. Anyway it depends on the niche & Configuration you are pushing at. For sure hot niches on US cost between 0,2-0,5 U$S.
