Simple question, please see the attached image below and please let me know what is it?
Is it a schema or something else and how to implement it on my website?

Is this a schema markup_ (1).png

I am trying to find this for a long time but no one is able to tell me exactly what it is?
If you see in the above search you will come to know that I have searched for term football on google.

And in the search result, the first 3 search show's with this little site-link kind of thing.
but if you see carefully all the links which are there in that lower site-links are all related to the keyword "FOOTBALL"

I just want to know is this an auto-generated site-links from google or there is some kind of trick?

This mini site-links appears on almost all the terms in google search. If you want you can do a quick search for any keyword on google
and you will find the top 3 results will usually have this kind of mini site links with links which is related to the searched keyword.

Can someone explain to me in detail what it is? and how to implement this?

Here's the Structured data from the Wikipedia page.

{"@context":"https:\/\/schema.org","@Type":"Article","name":"Football","url":"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Football","sameAs":"http:\/\/www.wikidata.org\/entity\/Q1081491","mainEntity":"http:\/\/www.wikidata.org\/entity\/Q1081491","author":{"@Type":"Organization","name":"Contributors to Wikimedia projects"},"publisher":{"@Type":"Organization","name":"Wikimedia Foundation, Inc.","logo":{"@Type":"ImageObject","url":"https:\/\/www.wikimedia.org\/static\/images\/wmf-hor-googpub.png"}},"datePublished":"2001-11-16T00:52:59Z","dateModified":"2020-07-29T05:43:50Z","image":"https:\/\/upload.wikimedia.org\/wikipedia\/commons\/b\/b9\/Football_iu_1996.jpg","headline":"team sports that involve, to varying degrees, kicking a ball to score a goal"}</script>

It doesn't look like a schema thing, more like a feature enabled by Google to find contextual content for any given result.

Table of content

Hello guys thanks for the answer, but no one gave the right answer, even I was not aware about this. But after a lot of research I found out it's a "one line site link".

google officially introduced this in 2009 I guess. This one line site-link helps to boost CTR and also outrank many competitors keyword. This is a automated one line site link generated from google.

To get this kind of site link the website structure should be very good and the website should have good amount of visitors.
