Is google going through an update??I think so

But for me the results are different.For me my sites come in first page for whatever keywords in my niche I targeted for.I targeted like over 250 keywords and made a post about each keyword so total 250 pages.I see these 250 pages in first page of google now.....

Dropped 7 positions myself from 2nd to 9th today, one of my site hit first page from 57 position, weird because I haven't really been building links to it or anything... I'm starting to believe Google Algorithm changes based one what they see has become popular and previously devalued links become more valuable, since less people use them(just a random theory no proof/case study for it).

ya thats a very noticable point in the new update.I noticed the same thing
 
Google updates the algorithm once a month and the previous Panda releases were all listed in a thread I posted earlier. Penguin is no exception to these routine releases. However; site penalties are a random manual process. Saying there is a new Google update is like stating the sun came up today.

nice way to correct me maan!!!anyway i was at the time too excited to the astonishing results today morning
 
me still noticing improvemnts in my ranking...what about you guys
