Is google going through an update??I think so

Friends Yesterday I noticed a huge jump in my search engine rankings.My site which was getting like 800 visitors a day jumped to above 2500 a day.The sites seems to be in page 1 for a lot number of keywords now.Any of you have such effects on your site?do share your views

Google needs to make up its mind.

Hopefully your rankings are consistent for the long run.

Yes my rankings were on google dance for like over one month.But from yesterday it started rolling high.And moreover I made a post yesterday for a medium competition keyword and today I noticed that Its on page of google.
 
Please update us on what happens in the days to come in terms of the rankings!
 
Mine went down a little bit. Quite sad about it. :(. They are dancing as usual though.
 
i think you are right, G again change something but update not confirm yet, my site few keyword ranking also change.
 
Google always has Algo changes. Majority we don't even hear about they are so small.


Life is too short for anger!
 
What this algorithm exactly is?? Please update!!!
 
I can't exactly say what the update is all about.but for me it raised the site to 3000 visitors a day now.I think basically Angelas and Pauls Backlink service is a reason for this
 
My site jumped from #8 to #3 Yesterday and is still there. But I think this is temporarily, because the authority site which was #1 is gone from SERP now
 
That's good for you.. your SEO maybe is high quality.
 
Same here buddy, Traffic increased mostly organic..google surely changed something. ;)
 
Visibility of my site have also increased. Now it is ranking at #1 for more keywords.
 
I have seen odd jumps yesterday, like to #10 from #350. I thought it was because I changed rank tracker and results are inaccurate. Today however it fell back to where it was.

So are you saying that Angela and Paul links are working still now...I cant believe that...I dropped that months ago...but if you think, thats the reason...there is no waiting time for me to resubscribe...please update your SERPS movement and the traffic...
 
to speak about my sites seo methods,i can tell that my on page seo is quiet good.i use proper use of meta description and header tags and always make sure i maintain a good keyword diversity.i cant actually tell you whether it is angela and paul links that made the movements for me..i will tell it after some research
 
I feel like my site has become an authority in the my niche.Because today i made a post about a medium competion keyword and viola after 3 hours my post in ranking 1 for the particular keyword
 
Yeah my main site went to #5 position last night from no where. But I checked again this morning and its gone. So I think G is just tweaking things, nothing permanent about whats going on.
 
They were rolling out an update over the last couple of days.

Things are a little bit weird, though. There is heaps of search terms that have like 10 pages all from the same domain ranking 1-10.
