Is Getting HTML Templates using HTTrack still viable?

Hello,

So I'm looking at ways to get premium HTML templates for free from places like Themeforest.

Some people simply claim you can do this by simply downloading the site preview with something like HTTtrack. But is this best practice to getting these HTML templates?

I've used the search and found a few, but most templates here seem to be Wordpress themes.

I'm just wondering if this method is the best way to do this or if there is something I'm missing?

Let's say that you want to download this template: https://themeforest.net/item/porto-responsive-html5-template/4106987

First, you need to copy-paste the title of product into the google search bar and hit enter then you need to find the version of the product which by most cases in written at then of the product description and copy the version.
After the copy go back to google search and at then of name add +Version 8.0.0+nulled.

It will look like that: Porto - Responsive HTML5 Template+Version 8.0.0+nulled
Look at the description of result for example https://prnt.sc/tedklg

And voila, you ready to download your "free" file.

I have no idea, I only use that method when I want to develop something.

In my opinion for HTML, you don't have anything to afraid but if you gonna use that method for PHP files just srsly take care!

For html or CSS you should be ok just check the code to see if there´s something strange, JS should be a more cautious and PHP is a big NO.
If u want to feel safer u could try @Festinger vault.

Offtopic, cause as you can see am newbie on BHW, for some cases like this one am I allowed to promote other users jobs?
For example the website of festinger.

HTTrack will work. On themeforest do "live preview", remove the frame (upper right) then input that URL into the program.
