Incorrect.

You are requested to take down content, you are given set amount of time to take out the content and that is it. That is how DMCA takedowns work. Providers dont want you to leave and you and provider are protected as long as you comply to DMCA request. DMCA request will NOT instantly take your website down in any circumstance.

Check wikipedia and search in Google for "prostitution by region"
