Spanish isn't a monolith so you'll need to target some particular region and USA has a big audience so you could try that one other than that the CPMs aren't worth it.

Spanish blogging cuts competition, but payouts are thinner, so volume matters more than clicks.
 
usa has a big spanish traffic, it will be worth the shot. don't start on high comp keywords start with low comp keywords. build micro-niche instead of multi-niche website.

It can be worth it. Competition’s lower, easier to rank, but yeah, AdSense rates are lower

If you pair it with the right niche or affiliate offers, you can still make decent money.

If you have good knowledge about Spanish, you can consider blogging in Spanish.
 
As per google, there are 500+ million spanish speakers. So, it's definitely worth it.
 
With ogads and other networks, offers for Mexican visitors pay peanuts. Those for Spain pay better but Spain is a small country.
If you are planning to monetize with other ways then go for it, if you are going to use content lockers don't waste your time in my opinion.

Blogging in Spanish can work if you target high-intent keywords and monetize smartly (affiliate, digital products, etc)
Lower competition = easier ranking, but you’ll need volume or niche offers to make it profitable Worth testing
