IP flagged? Best course of action?

I noticed that every time I try to find content to scrape off of instagram, the only posts that pop up to me have a very low engagement rate. Is this the new algorithm or is my IP flagged/black listed?
(In the past, I didn't know anything about proxies, so I just made a bunch of accounts using my home ip) Now that I have found BHW, learned more and therefore know better, I would like to create a new account that will be linked to the new page I spoke about in this thread
I plan on it being just one account. I'm not sure on botting, maybe later on. (I have to learn more and then consider this)
For one Instagram account, should I just try to reset my IP or buy proxy? And if it's the later, do I go for residential, ipv4?

Buy proxies instead. They aren't that expensive. Go for residential if you can.

I will look for a provider. One of the things I don't understand about proxies is, do I need to renew?

Some providers offer proxy replacement if your proxy gets flagged.

Get a proxy Mate, it Will be the most secure way for you dont have any further problems later.

How do you know if your IP is flagged?

You should probably get a private proxy. It's way better on the long run.

Your home IP is way more than any proxy would be, not sure why anyone would say a proxy is. Especially if you're only using one account.

If your IP is flagged, reset your router and get a new IP and allow your account to rest for like 24-48 hours. If you're reusing other people's content from IG, your best bet is to clean the photo before you repost it else it'll be seen as duplicate content. Most bots will do this for you, but if you're doing it manually.. scrape a bunch of content, and clean it all in one swoop.

Btw, you can always scrape the content whIle not bring logged onto your account.

This won't work if your ISP uses static IPs. If you're going to try this, jot your IP down first before resetting the router and then after see if your IP changed.
