Hi, I was running a couple communities on IG and all of them got suspended 2 months ago without a clear reason. Always followed Rules and Policies, never posted adult content or anything related to something bad. Appealed and after an appeal all pages, except 2 (still don't know why, AI decided to recover them after ID submission) were disabled due to Integrity violation, some pages were disabled instantly (AI moderation). 0 luck with Meta Verified support, only lost my money.
If you have a similar situation or know someone who succesfully recovered/is dealing with the same problem now, please let me know. Thank you.

@d11 are all of those pages being managed by the same admin account /device? I’ve seen Integrity bans triggered not by the pages themselves, but by a flagged admin across multiple assets.

That’s the root cause then. Once the admin account gets flagged, everything tied to it goes down with it. In most cases those pages don’t come back - you usually have to start over with a clean admin and new device.

How I fixed it:

I contacted meta through my meta ads account on FB business manager and told them exactly what happened and that it was a false ban, I also told them that I tried all the forms they provide for account bans and that they didnt work. I then told them that something similar had happened in the past and the enhanced support (verified account) had requested a manual review and fixed it for me. They then requested a manual review and all the pages where restored within 3 days.

Give it a try if you have the ability to contact meta or just do an IG verified $1 trial on another account to get access to meta enhanced support.
