Hi

I have an Instagram account that I use as a store to sell soccer jerseys. Recently, the account was suspended by Instagram for copyright policy violations after a competitor filed a report against it. When I try to create a new account with the same name or logo, the new account also gets suspended. Additionally, when I submitted an appeal, I received a response, but it did not come from Instagram's official email.

You are trying to fake someone else's account and Insta has noticed every related move, in the end you have no other way to get it back but should change your account and build other content direction
 
seems is their email just by checking the @support.instagram.com and I could bet you just received a automated response, either or your competitor file the report or your competitor contacted the company with the original logo and info and now is restricted or locked,anything similar is banned, try different info, use a antidetect browser, could be dolphin, brave different logo and info, warm up a little the accont and try again.
 
Why is the Account Being Suspended? If you open a new account with the same name, logo, or IP, Instagram will catch on quickly and suspend it again. Even if your competitor targeted you, the system’s automatic detection kicks in.

I recommend you buy a blank account with strong authority and just rebrand it and start growing it slow and see how it goes. When you do your type of business you need at least 1-2 backup accounts just because of these situations
 
One of the reasons why I'm slowly moving to Telegram and never look back.
 
It is difficult to appeal copyright policy issues. But you can try. Or register a new account.
 
Change your name/logo, use a new email/phone, avoid automation, and appeal through Instagram’s official channels.
 
That's actually their official mail domain.

Have you tried opening a new account from a different device that has never been connected to your previous account?

I suggest you consider buying a new account and using that.
 
I think you can go for a new, blank, secure account, and preferably use some secure proxy browser to help you.

I just saw your post about your Instagram account getting suspended for a copyright violation.
That unfortunately is one of the most difficult suspensions to get rid off unless you are in contact with an insider in Instagram.
