Instagram strategy: avoiding copyright strikes.

Hey,

I just opened an instagram account with the whole purpose of acquiring followers for a specific niche. My plan in steps:
1. post content with niche tags
2. get at least 1000 followers
3. begin offering my followers a free giftcard give away if they sign up with me as a referral. (this is the most important step)

I want to just copy/paste other people's content as my own, just to get the engagement and attract people to my offer of a free giftcard. Problem is, copyright strikes. So i'm just wondering if there are anyway to avoid them? because all it takes is 1 person to report me for a copyright violation to destroy that account.

For images:
I can change the hash, modify the image enough so it cannot be looked up on reverse image search (warp, change hue, change color, crop, etc). It is easy, but all it takes is 1 person to recognize it, and report it.

For videos:
I'm not sure if it is possible to edit videos the same way using photoshop or other software, to make them "unique". Audio probably needs to be edited too... and even then it probably takes only 1 person to report it.

So i've been thinking, if I can get around the algos that check for copyright, but not people... is it possible to just delete the content and post it again? Say for example: I post a video, wait 24 hours, delete it, post it again OR just delete it and post something else. Remember, the whole point is to entice them with the free giftcard, so the content is not as important after they have checked it out.

What do you guys think? do you have any of your own ideas? am i being an idiot?

Is it so important for your strategy that your follower think its your content?
If not I would just tag the creator and you should be fine.

So I need to get to 1000 followers to be accepted as a content creator... but i didn't know that you can just tag the creator... are you sure that is allowed and doesn't violate copyright?

New plan:
Get 1000 followers in 4 days (500 every 2 days).
Get accepted.
Then delete old copyrighted content and start tagging creators when uploading their content.

Does that sound good?

Edit: it seems like you need to sign in with your own Epic account, so might actually have no way around this but to create legit content, buy followers, get approved, pull off the "new plan"

that is a really good idea. may I ask how you bot the other accounts?

do you use any specific tools, i'm assuming proxies for the bots so if they get banned your main account is safe?

Hmm okay. I dont know, maybe the Affiliate program wants unique content creators and not reposters. You could post without tags till you got accepted for the affiliate program, then delete the old untagged posts and start to post only tagged content.

Yes you will grow your child accounts with bots (gmt2,jarve etc.) and proxies and tag your main account. On main account you use your real ip. If your child account get banned your main account dont take any damage from it.

At the end of the day - even tagging the creator isn't sufficient legally as they can still ask you to take it down.

You can either repost with automatic crediting and captions or just get a bunch of images using 4kstogram and then change the hash using some md5 changer. Boom.

yeah I don't mind giving credit to the creators, but the affiliate might want to see original content. so i think i will BS it until i get approved, then start giving credit to creators.

how do you repost with automatic crediting?

I will check 4kstogram out, meanwhile i'm using instaloader (python) to download, problem is, if you download the comments too, it takes much longer and you get timed out because you are sending too many queries.

Edit: i would also like to add, I reported an official account for copyright claims just to test how long it would take. takes instagram about 9 hours to check it out.

should I limit myself to 10 accounts? Been considering using jarvee and proxies... that comes around to 276/mo. I guess what i'm trying to ask is, do bots have diminishing returns the more you have?
