Blue tick accounts are often sold, then taken back by original owners, then resold. Its one of the many scams out there..but in general I'd be weary buying/selling/trading blue tick accts.

OP said spamming is when you post your link where it doesn't belong .. scamming is when you get paid for something you didn't/won't do.. and phishing is cloning some website altering its login mechanism to send the login data to your server instead of the actual website server.. but i guess you already knew that OP ... and Thanks btw for sharing this with us.
