Instagram Phone Verification Help!

Hello BHW,

Evertime I create a new Instagram account on my phone or pc, Instagram asks me to verify my phone...

After I do this I immediately get shadowbanned. I can’t post for 2-3 days and after that my hashtags don’t work.

So how can I fix this? I heard of proxies but I’m a newbie, so any help would be awesome.

Well first of all, shadow ban doesn't mean you can't post, it means your posts won't be seen by anyone.
Instagram is fighting spam like never before!
Are you using automation software? I know Jarvee doesn't work well anymore

Yes sorry, I mean that after I verify my account I can’t post for 2-3 days and then I’m shadowbanned. I don’t know why I don’t even use a automation software :/

That's because your ip is blacklisted, rent a proxy and manage your account on that proxy

Hey all, I have created multiple Instagram accounts and verified them once via email (the email is pv). I would like to know if there is any way I can "rent" phone numbers which I can use to verify my accounts? I created all the accounts with high quality Instagram proxies.
