You probably just did something that raised a few flags, that's why they usually ask for re-verification.
Make sure that you are not using more than 5 accounts per proxy and don't use the same phone number to verify more accounts, 1 phone number per 1 account.

Will aged pva accounts eliminate This Problem ?

So i've bought 1 aged IG PVA Account and setup just fine with REALLY low settings for the first 3 days,if its still alive tomorrow i will buy 2 more.

Will keep you guys informed.​

Ive setup 3 Accounts on really safe settings and leave them running Untill sunday then i will unfollow and add links all are alive and running since 48h.All are 5+6 Month aged no troubles yet :)​

That's good. Just take it easy in the beginning. 30-50 follows and maximum 100 likes each day, keep it like that for a week and then just add 10 follows and 10 likes everyday until you get to the point you want to get. Yeah it takes maybe a month to get to 500-700 follows per day but at least your accounts are safe.

How many followers do u recommend an account should before beginning to do shoutouts. I have around 10k. Should i being?

You can start doing shoutouts even if you have 100 followers, but that doesn't mean that anyone is going to buy shoutouts from you.

List your profile on shoutout marketplaces and if someone wants a shoutout they will contact you.

i have a question plz, what are you gonna do with VPS? are you gonna run a bot on it? i have an azure VMs running an opensource bot, but today 2 account got deactivated/banned
