Instagram Mass Accounts for likes

Hi, I am looking for anyone that is knowledgeable in "creating mass accounts for instagram" and to implemented in a bot. I want to use this bot for liking all my photos on instagram. I had before using an app such as instaliker and like4like on the Appstore with the cydia jailbreak hack to gain free coins. But the app no longer working for me, because i have gotten banned within the app. So if anyone has this knowledge to be able to produce this request, I'm willing to negotiate a price that i can pay to get this done. Maybe you should try in the hire a freelancer section and find someone that could do this for you, though i think it will be tough to mass create them because you need phones or a way to simulate phones and that's not that easy..

I recommend just doing like4like or buying likes. As creating your own bot is not something anyone can just do
