Very interesting journey 
I have a couple of questions:
1. You mentioned you're logging to the accounts from your smartphone by changing ip (airplane mode on-off), doesn't instagram see it's the same device and ban/pv the accounts?
2. Are the posts descriptions and hashtags identical between all the shared-niche accounts?
3. When you setup an account, can you create as many posts as u want straight away or is it risky?
4. Why is VPS neccesary? Why not do it all on ur own pc?

Just finished changing the names of the 55 new accounts. Takes a lot of research to find some winners that will naturally appeal to your niche. Sure any name will work. But, a great name, will attract followers rapidly. A few of my accounts with "great" names are 5k - 10k followers ahead of similar accounts with the same niche, started at the exact same time, same postings, same follow sources, etc. The only difference is the name.
I got hit with another 5 PVA's a few days ago with no mp tool activity, and then 10 more PVA's when the accounts were reposting quality posts + deleting the old posts. I quickly slowed the settings waaay down, from 12 a day to 3-6 a day for both posting + deleting...
Next Step... Profile Photos and Bio's... some in a foreign language which I don't understand!

This was when I had FollowLiker, Now this is unnecessary with MassPlanner. I'm not sure what Instagram see's when logging in with a phone...ie do they record the MacAddress too (the phone's identification #) or just the IP.
2. Are the posts descriptions and hashtags identical between all the shared-niche accounts? the spin-text settings are identical, but what comes out are thousands of combinations.
3. When you setup an account, can you create as many posts as u want straight away or is it risky? Risky. 3-6 a day should be good. I set my new accounts to do 10, and some of them got PVA'd.
4. Why is VPS neccesary? Why not do it all on ur own pc? You can do that too. But I [1] own a mac, [2] travel a lot, [3] VPS never has internet problems [4] VPS can be logged on remotely from laptop/iphone/ipad all over the world, [5] VPS hardware is server-quality multi-processor, high memory.... I'm running 160 Accounts, so it needs to be a "super computer" to handle everything...

Wow, so I'm being hit with PVA's on the new 55 accounts, already 34 PVA's. Each with different accounts at different stages.
1. When I connected the account to the proxy
2. After changing the name
3. After deleting the old photos
4. After reposting new images.
No Account has been hit twice yet... and not a single email verify yet.

great @madblackhatter1000 what is your strategy to warm up your new 50 accounts that you run with massproxy ?

Hey, I was wondering how you keep track of all your accounts data (not only username/password). Do you just use massplanner and followliker for statistics or do you keep any further data in excel for example?

I am now warming up a new batch of 100 accounts, and soon will be replacing the bios/profile photos. 12 accounts were banned. I have got them all back by reporting them hacked. It most likely was that the bios were similar or profile photos were the same. Why go through all the effort of getting back new accounts??? Because I had already renamed them with awesome usernames and didn't want to lose those.
I have a third batch of 100 accounts arriving later this week. (I will have 300 IG accts total)
I have them following 3-6 accts per action every 30-45 minutes + Like 1-4 photos of accts being followed every 30-45 min
This is really important. Setup a spreadsheet with everything, email details, passwords, IG Acct name, IG Password, etc
When managing different accounts it is very easy to forget which email goes with what account, or which is the current password.
It becomes a big deal if you lose your account and try to get it back - IG Support will require your original email used to create the account.

What made you use MP + FL instead of just one or the other ?

I started with FL because it was cheaper. It was a good tool to test the waters on a limited budget on just a few accounts. But now I only use MP. It has more control of the automation/timings/sleepings/ and extra features and the support is always listening to add additional requests or fix bugs.

So the past 6 weeks I've been extremely busy.
6x MORE ACCOUNTS
I've made the executive decision to jump from 100 accounts to 650 accounts. This means my monthly expenses go up, but also means my growth can expand 6x too. I've noticed that IG is closing many of the doors with tougher algorithm rules on new accounts that look like bots or abuse. I suspect by 2018, it will be extremely difficult to start this type of project with 100's of accounts, and only those with aged bots below the radar, will be allowed to proceed.
VPS CRAP and LEARN
I setup a 2nd VPS, so now running 2 instances of MP. I tried to run all of them on a huge VPS with 3x the specs and it crashed. I suspect MP has a memory leak, which is not a problem on a budget machine with 100 accounts when MP restarts every 24-hours. This is a huge problem with 550-accounts however even if there are 8-16GB of RAM. If I had the time to redo my setup, the cheap budget machines run 100-accounts no problem. I would someday like to setup 5 of these cheap ones for 120 accounts.
5 VPS 2GB RAM + 1 CORE is more powerful than 1 VPS with 12GB RAM + 8 CORE
PVA-MADNESS
I've done about 400 phone verifies. I noticed all accounts have different thresholds. Some require PVA after
1. Connecting to new Proxy
1.5 After 48 hours on the new Proxy even without actions
2. Too many accounts logging in (verifying and awaking) at similar times. Spacing them apart, is critical.
3. Performing a single action (1 follow, or 1 like can trigger a new account's PVA)
4. Performing 2-4 days of light actions (20 follows, 20 likes per day)
5. Changing numerous account names into similar names like (@goldenretriever, @golden.retriever, @goldenretrieveroffial, @goldenretriever.dogs, @Ilovedogs100, etc)
EMAIL VERIFICATION
1 of the hardest things about email verification is having to log into the email company. After logging into 3 different accounts, the email company blocks the 4th account. The only way around this is to keep switching the IP-Address. If the new IP-Address is similar to the old IP-Address (example only the last 3 #'s are different 101.23.44.105, and 101.23.44.142) this can still set off a security lock, I may not get 3-accounts to login, maybe only 1, and the 2nd and 3rd account will be blocked...
20 ACCOUNTS BANNED
I reported them as hacked and got them all back, sending a photo of myself holding their unique #code.
NEXT STEPS
I'm in no rush, I will have these accounts warming up for another 1.5 months while I figure out niches, content, etc. I setup a default dummy warmup program that all accounts are following...
At the moment I'm not doing any s4s or other promotions as I'm attempting to preserve the ad-free environment of my pages until I launch my digital product in the next month or so. After that launch however, I may be interested in doing crosspromotional s4s and other monetizing ideas.

Hi Bruna! Very interesting idea, thanks for the consideration. A page that huge is amazing, what a rare gem. That puts you in the top 2000 most popular IG accounts.
