Hello All,
So I created a simple iMacros script that likes photos on instagram. It logs into 3 instagram sites: Webstagram, Gramfeed, and pictacular.
I set each one to like photos of a given hashtag at a random time interval between 8 and 16 seconds each with a page reload time of 8 to 16 seconds as well. So each site likes a photo ~280 times per hour. All 3 sites simultaneously ~840 likes per hour (all logged into same IG account).
Once I got it to work I had it run over the weekend (only during day hours - about 12 hours a day and off on evenings) and my account got disabled/banned today.
Can anyone with some experience help me understand how to avoid being banned? Is it because they were all on the same computer and shared the same IP? Do I need a different proxy for each site? Should I use different instagram sites (I've just read that possibly using webstagram for scripts can get you banned)?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks a lot, guys.
