Instagram imacro script (random follow, unfollow, like and comment)

How do you run this script? + how can I deal with instagrams API authentication, as I know you have to be approved by instagram to use functionality such as unfollow.

A few weeks ago I posted this same thread but I was very busy with other stuff and hadn't had the time to fix some issues with the script to share it. So I was unable to edit my previous post, that's why I repost it now.

So here is what the script can do:
- It extracts all users following an specified account
- Randomly likes, comments, follows and unfollows these users
- You can set up the number of follows, like and comments per hour
- You can set up the maximum likes the photo has to have in order to like it
- You can set up the maximum followers the user has to have in order to follow him
