Instagram Hashtag tool but Not Flick

I have been bombarded by big IG accounts to use Flick for the hashtag research, a paid tool. Lately, I have seen a lot of big accounts saying hashtags are not working like before, neither my account and also checking the Flick's own IG page, I noticed they are not significant in IG for the tool that says 100000+ impression from the hashtag.

So I did my digging and found this tool called hashtagstack. It is somewhat similar to the Flick, and its 100% free. Many people don't know about this, so I am telling everyone the small things I know.
