Instagram Hashtag Scraping that doesn't cost a fortune?

Hey fellas.

I am looking for a tool to scrape Instagram hashtags for emails specifically. Targeting hashtags because I am in specific niche and cold-emailing users using these hashtags would likely have a decent/at least higher success rate than usual.

I have found a few possibilities but all are quite expensive. My needs aren't crazy atm which is why it doesn't seem worthwhile to pay a huge sum for these services at least just yet.

I appreciate anyone who provides any recommendations greatly!
