Instagram friendly CPA network

Hey guys,

I have Xgram Bot and I'm looking to promote some CPA offers.

As Instagram traffic is predominately mobile based I need a CPA network that has mobile friendly offers as well as a network that allows Instgram traffic.

Anyone with experience in this can you point me in the direction of a good mobile/Instagram friendly CPA network?

Also, do you find it's more successful to directly link to the CPA offer or to send the traffic to a landing page then the offer?
