Whats the limit of following for now per 24 hours?
i have noticed instagram gives action block if you visit users profile so many times
.
and how you guys warm up/ready your account nowdays after 16th aug update?

Limit seems to be around 150-200 follows per day now. Yes, too many profile visits can trigger blocks. For warming up after Aug 16 update, slow actions, mix engagement (likes, saves), and avoid aggressive patterns

how many days took you to reach 150-200 follows per day? and what are the steps you followed
 
It took me around 7–10 days. I started slow with 20–30 follows/day, gradually increased, and mixed in likes, saves, and profile views to look natural. But feel free to test your own pace - you might do even better or faster than me

and do you use mobile or pc with follow 150-200 per day?
 
Transaction limits are different on mobile and PC.

Mobile has a higher limit. PC has a lower limit.

Just a little information.
 
Instagram has started to be very strict on this matter, constantly introducing new rules. I think they are implementing these limitations to prevent the sale of fake followers.
 
The follow limit has gotten stricter after the August update, iirc. New accounts usually hit blocks around 50 to 80 daily follows (I think profile visits can also trigger flags if you do too many too fast. Warming up has to be slower nowadays and carefully planned out. Only start following in small increments after about a week, then slowly ramp up as usual though.
 
Starts slow with 15-20 follows. Then increase it. Don't go over 150 follows for now.

Keep follows under 150–200 per day, mix in likes/comments, and warm up by acting like a real user (scrolling, posting, engaging) for at least 1–2 weeks before scaling.
 
Does anyone know a good service for warmup accounts?
I want to start an OnlyFans agency but got banned after 1 week.
 
There’s no fixed number, but staying below 100 follows daily and building activity step by step helps avoid blocks.
 
All my accounts just get suspended for integrity no matter what i do
 
I don't think there exist such a rule but it should look organic. If you start following too many accounts from the first day, it's possible to get banned
 
There isn’t a fixed rule, but most people suggest warming up slowly for a week or two and mixing in real activity like scrolling and posting so it looks natural.
