Instagram engagement pods?

I was just wondering if Instagram engagement pods and telegram ones are still good to us for very bad for your account.

they are telegram and i don't know specific travel one , but i receive some comment from travel account... inside some group you can ask that the account comment about something included a place

They are not effective as the used to be, so I won't recommend them anymore.

they are group where you need first to add 5 comments to post , 4 words minimum and they haves bot to see if you correctly do it... if you don't , you can't post your link so yo are sure to receive engagements just try to search katana

you receive engagements from other members...i just check my comment and engagements comes from travel , pet , girl on instagram , verified account , depend of who is the turn to comment...each member need to post 5 comments on a list so when you are on the list you receive comments from who want to receive comment after

all of them doesn't exist...you have pet , travel, fashion for exemple but no portrait engagement group and only some small photography...you have to find group with a lot of member , like this you don't have to wait too much time to receive comment

I was saying isn't it better to have niche specific groups rather than ones with random different niches in you know anyone specific Just For travel accounts.

I would advise agasint pods because once you stop using them everything goes to shit...
I had it ruin one of my accounts after i stoped using.

I used them like a year or two ago and now stoped and get like max 400 likes for an account thas 26.2k followers. What do I do?

I already do the which photo is better one and where would like to go but only get 300 views max on my stories
