INSTAGRAM CPA - TO POST OR NOT TO POST?!?!

WHEN BUILDING UP YOU IG ACCOUNT (AGED OR BRAND NEW), DO YOU...

1.) GET YOUR FOLLOWERS & ENGAGEMENT UP FIRST THEN POST LINKS & CONTENT?

-OR-

2.) POST ALL YOUR CONTENT &/OR LINKS FIRST THEN GO AFTER YOUR TARGET MARKET

From what I understand there are two strategies:

1) You go for the long term, think about growing followers and you monetize when you reach a high amount: this is more of a white hat way, so you try not to get the account banned and you do not spam.
2) You go for mass botting with follow/unfollow and put your link in bio/psots straight from the beginning: your account is sure to get banned sooner or later (I don't know what the life span is) but since you have hundreds of accounts doing thousands of follows per day people will still click on your link even if each account just lives one week.

For the second option you need to be able to manage hundreds if not thousands of account though, so I personally am trying the first one.

Just bought 10 IG accounts but wanted to know..

What is the correct way to opening up IG accounts and viewing them to see if they are working..???

!.) Can I do it from mobile or should I view via PC

2.) Should I change proxies out for each account then view

I'm not an expert. I usually view them from the browser on my PC as it is easier, you can also log up to a maximum of 5 accounts on the mobile device, so if you have more than that it's becomes very unconvenient to login/logout constantly. As for the proxy, some people use 1 proxy for 1 account, others share the same proxy with more accounts. Clearly, you need to always use the same proxy with each account.
