You need to use USA IP and a browser with history (no incognito to access it via browser). You can also use third party apps to access emails and send them (much easier).
Here are methods to be able to see and send emails via POP if your bot does not support that:
Windows 10:
Use a third party app. Here’s an example.
Android/iPhone:
- Go to search bar in windows toolbar and look for “mail” - you will find “Mail” app.
- Open it and you will be asked to add account automatically, if not just choose “add account”
- Choose "Other account (POP, IMAP) (do NOT choose Yahoo)
- Enter username and password, click sign in
