Option A (Aged): The age is great, BUT the '3-day email' is a dealbreaker. If IG hits you with a checkpoint or password reset request on Day 4 (which happens often when moving aged accounts to new IPs), you lose the account forever.
Option B (Fresh): This is technically worse. German IP + Indian SMS = Instant Trust Score Penalty. Instagram hates geo-mismatches. If the carrier country doesn't match the proxy location, the account starts with a negative trust score and will likely die during the warm-up.
My recommendation: Since you already have a phone farm and mobile proxies, create them yourself. Buying accounts is always a lottery. ONly if seller have a rep&good reviews.
