I like that they have a forum.
I think it's always a bad sign when sellers have no forum, like they're scared of seeing angry users venting in a forum
 
I don't know anything about Followliker because I don't use it, anyway I'm a big fan of @rootjazz 's bots, until now I tried Instadub and the SoundCloud Bot.
I'm running the instagram bot on my old pc 24 hours a day and it's reliable, I'm using it making likes on other's pictures, in this way they like mine and they eventually follow me.

I think this bot isn't using Instagram's API and for this Instagram can't block it (is a good long term investment).
The support is great, Martin gives badass advices

As mentioned above, have been running rootjazz since the end of 2012 (SoundcloudManager went live Oct / Nov 2012). Since then everyone who purchased is still getting free updates and there have been 1000s of updates.

You can see updates have come out every few days generally for years (sometimes everyday - occasionally multiple times a day).

Not all updates are for new features, lots of bug fix updates as well. new features = new bugs <shrug>. I try not to hide anything and have most things in the open. As mentioned the support forum is open, people tell me to make it private but I like it open. Over the years have only deleted a couple of posts where someone has been abusive (not including spam). There are bug reports on the forum and complaints. The program isn't perfect, I don't pretend it is. But I think there is worth in having it public that everything is replied to and handled swiftly and fixes come when required.
