****Insta Gram API, Getting IDs from a geographic area **HELP PLZ***

I'm trying to get a bot that can run off of instagram API ID's, like collecting a list of people from a certain geographic area, and collecting their ID's and then commenting and liking their content etc. in order to draw traffic to your page from people near you.

I have Instademon and I know you can load ID's i think, but I am unsure where to collect a list of IDs and how to implement them,

does anyone have some idea on how this can be done?
