you never know when FB can screw you up so better go with word of mouth and influencers.
Very broad question, though, at the end of the day it all depends on your budget. If you have ~$300 to spend (assuming you don't have much knowledge with FB Ads), you may try Facebook Ads to test your product. It's going to be way faster.
Nonetheless, if you've zeros in your wallet -- Instagram influencers might be the way to go (revenue share, instead of paying them upfront).

I guess you thought "find". It's pretty easy look on their engagement, quality posts, niche where are they and also if they haven't got fake followers than ask them for the price of shout out.
