Index problem_site maps

i want to know if i publish a new post in my blog do i need to request index it manually in search console.?
and do i need to manualy submit my sitemap_index.xml manually every time when i upload a new post.or is there a plugin for that. i waited for a day after i publish new post and then i request index it.then few minutes after it got indexed.

The biggest advantage of request index in GWT is,
that Google will index your post before somebody will scrape it and publish.

So, if you creating nice piece of content, I recommending you use this method.

Thanks .what about site maps? do i need to add it manually each time i add new post?

Don't care about the sitemap if you using WP.
Especially if you'll use mentioned method.

Google was able to index internet over last 20 years without sitemap.
Also sitemap haven't any influence on SEO.

There is only one situation when sitemap is useful.
When you have thousands or even millions of pages.
